Join me for a five week spring cleanse class starting Wednesday, May 10, 2017.  This is my second year facilitating the Eating for a Healthier You class (www.eatingforahealthieryou.com), created by Bryn Perkins.  During this journey we will nourish the body and mind with whole, seasonal food, while eliminating and shedding the lethargy of winter.  Each class will begin with a gentle yoga practice designed for all bodies.  We will explore the foundations of the program, learn about seasonal, clean eating, supplementary wellness practices, share recipes and re-charge.  Each participant receives weekly instruction, access to online videos and materials for a full two months, and access to the course FB page, where participants from all classes can share and ask questions. For more information and to register, visit Bryn Perkin’s site (www.eatingforahealthieryou) or email me directly: melissamking.m.ed@gmail.com.  The fee is $168, though there is a discount for returning participants.  Each class will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. and end at 8.  Dates: May 10 – June 7, 2017.  Location: Dr. Tim Farrell’s Chiropractic Center on Rt. 15 in Jericho, VT.  I hope to see you soon!
